First post! I'm so excited!
I want you to meet Ricky G (La Croix for scale). The latest recruit in my slowly growing army. He is an Ultramarine disguised as a Black Templar ☝️🤓.
I get decision paralysis all day everyday, I even put off painting this little guy for over a month after I primed him because I couldn't decide what to do. Last night I picked him up and just started painting, I did whatever came to mind and I am impressed with how it turned out. Even the thought of posting anything on this site makes me want to throw myself out a window. However, that is precisely why I must continue. I must meet my demons head on, and come out the other side victorious.
I even got a new "Plasma Coil Glow" paint to try with the backpack. I thought I would need to do lots of cleanup, but my brush slid right into those little vents. Satisfying.
I've always wanted to be a painter, but its always felt too daunting. Something about the silliness of Warhammer just scratches an itch I didn't know I had. Too bad I will have to sell both of my kidneys and perhaps a lung to afford a full army :( worth it tho. FOR THE EMPEROR!! ✊
